At MO$ION, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated through our [return portal/contact email] before sending the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 15-30 days of delivery.
- If your desired size or style is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
- Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@mosion.store within 30 days with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return

- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Send the item back using your preferred shipping method.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
