- Orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship to:

- International: We do not ship International

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the carrier first for assistance.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.
8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
