  • Orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping 3 – 5 business days  $7.00 or Free over $100
Expedited Shipping 1 – 3 business days $15.00

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All of the United States
  • International: We do not ship International

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the carrier first for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
